All orders from SKOOLIES are shipped directly from South Korea.
We offer international shipping to over 25 countries, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery through trusted express courier services, EMS (Korea Post). For your peace of mind, we exclusively use express shipping to ensure full traceability of your order from dispatch to delivery.
A Shipping Tracking Number will be provided with each order, allowing for real-time tracking. While your order is in transit within Korea, we will monitor it closely. Once it reaches your country, you can track the shipment yourself using the provided tracking information.
Dispatch
We strive to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 business hours from the time of order placement. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (Korean Standard Time), excluding weekends and public holidays in Korea.
Please note that if an order is placed on a Friday, during the weekend, or on a public holiday, it will be processed and collected on the following Monday or the next business day.
During sale or promotional periods, dispatch times may be extended due to higher order volumes. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these busy periods, as we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as swiftly as possible.

Delivery Information Issue
When placing an order, please ensure that all delivery information is accurate and complete.
Kindly provide the recipient's full name, contact number, address, and email in English.
Please note that we do not ship to the following addresses: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO.
Be advised that SKOOLIES cannot offer refunds or re-delivery in cases where incorrect or incomplete delivery information has been provided.

Typically, customs taxes apply to orders exceeding $150 (excluding shipping costs).

Customs Payment Refusal
SKOOLIES is not responsible for packages refused by customs for any reason, including refusal to pay taxes, restricted items, or other customs-related issues. If a parcel is refused, it may either be returned to us or disposed of by the customs office.
Please note that in cases where customs payments are refused, refunds or re-delivery will NOT be possible.
Delivery Failure
Lost Parcel
If your parcel is marked as "Delivery Completed" but you have not received it, please notify us within 14 days. We will promptly contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
A refund will only be processed if the shipping company officially confirms the parcel as "Lost."
Please note that neither SKOOLIES nor the shipping company is responsible for stolen or missing packages after they have been delivered to the correct address. In such cases, refunds or re-delivery will not be available.
