Are there benefits for writing reviews?

The benefits for writing reviews are as follows:

Basic text review: $1
Photo review: $5

Reward points can only be credited for reviews submitted within 30 days after delivery.

When are birthday coupons issued?

Birthday coupons are issued based on the information registered at the time of initial signup (legal date of birth).

They are issued on the birthday and can be used within 14 days after issuance.

When are reward points credited?

Reward points are credited after the purchased products are confirmed. If an order is canceled or returned, the credited points will be deducted.

The accumulation rate varies by membership tier (Silver 2% / Gold 3% / VIP 5% / VVIP 7%) and points are also awarded for writing reviews in addition to product purchases.

Where can I check my reward points and coupon details?

You can check your reward points in [My Page > Points].

Coupons can be checked in [My Page > Coupons]. By clicking on [Usage Guide], you can see detailed information, including the usage conditions for each coupon.

The validity periods for reward points and coupons are indicated, and they will automatically expire after the specified period.

Can I use coupons and reward points together?

Yes, you can use the coupons and reward points together.

However, coupons cannot be combined with each other. (Only 1 coupon per order)

Additionally, reward points can only be used for up to 40% of the actual payment amount per order.

What is the validity period for reward points?

Reward points can be used for one year from the date they are earned.
