What does it mean when it asks for an "Alternative refund method" during the cancellation process?

When you cancel an order, a pop-up appears asking you to enter the "Reason for cancellation" and "Alternative refund method." If you paid using PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal. If you paid with a credit card, the cancellation will be processed accordingly.

However, to prepare for any potential system issues, you are asked to provide your account information for a refund via bank transfer if necessary.

(You do not need to enter an exact account number if you don't want to. You can select any bank and enter "111-111-111111" in the account number field, and this will not cause any issues with the payment cancellation.)

How can I get my refund?

In accordance with our company policy, you may choose from the following refund options:

1. SKOOLIES mileage points

Your account will be credited with mileage points once we receive your confirmation. These points can be used for future purchases.

2. Payment method you've used

You may choose to receive a refund via the original payment method used for the order.

For example, if you paid by credit card, the payment will be canceled or refunded to your card.

How can I return the shipment?

Please note that we DO NOT accept returns for international orders.

Only refunds or partial refunds are available as applicable.

How can I cancel my order?

If you paid with PayPal, the cancellation will be completed only after the seller approves the cancellation request.
If you paid with a credit card or debit card, the order will be automatically canceled immediately.

*However, if your order is dispatched and the shipping label has already been generated, you will not be able to cancel the order.
