The expiration date before opening varies by product and is listed at the bottom of each product’s detail page. It is usually 36 months.

After opening, it is recommended to use the product within 6 to 12 months.

However, for products with a specified usage period, the expiration date applies regardless of whether the product has been opened or not, so please use the product within the stated period. Even if there is time left on the expiration date, it is recommended to avoid storing the product in places exposed to high or low temperatures or direct sunlight.

For out-of-stock products, it may take some time until the next restock, but we are doing our best to restock as quickly as possible.

Restock dates are updated in real-time and announced via pop-ups on the official website and on our social media accounts.

Store them at room temperature or in a refrigerator.

For room temperature storage, please avoid direct sunlight.

For refrigerated storage, it’s best to use a cosmetic refrigerator (10 ~ 15℃). If you store your cosmetics in a cosmetic refrigerator, we recommend keeping them there until fully used. Frequent temperature changes may cause issues with the product.

  • Household refrigerators, typically kept below 4℃, are not recommended for storing cosmetics due to the low temperature.

By signing up on the official SKOOLIES website, you can enjoy membership benefits, which vary depending on your membership tier. For more details, please refer to the Membership information section.

If there is no login activity for one year after registration, the account will automatically be converted to an inactive member account. A notice will be sent to the registered email or via notification 30 days prior to this conversion. Once converted to an inactive account, all coupons and mileage you hold will be forfeited. You can still use the same ID to access the shopping mall by logging in again, but the forfeited mileage and coupons cannot be restored.
