Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at welcome@naughtychoice.kr if you receive any defective, damaged, or incorrect items, or if any items are missing. In your email, kindly include your order number, photos of the received products and any visible damage to the packaging.
Photo evidence is required for us to investigate and resolve these matters. Please ensure that you retain access to the box and shipping label when reaching out to us.
Refunds or partial refunds for damaged or missing items will be provided based on the extent of the damage, in accordance with our internal policies. Please note that returns or re-delivery of products are not possible.
If you paid with PayPal, the cancellation will be completed only after the seller approves the cancellation request.
If you paid with a credit card or debit card, the order will be automatically canceled immediately.
*However, if your order is dispatched and the shipping label has already been generated, you will not be able to cancel the order.
We have 2 payment methods:
It varies depend on countries.
Zone A countries: Usually takes 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.
Zone B Countries: Usually takes 7 to 14 business days from dispatch.

Due to product restock schedules and inventory supply situations, the shipping of certain items may be delayed, or cancellations may occur due to stock shortages.

For orders that have already been completed, it is not possible to change the shipping address or contact information. If you need to make changes, please contact us quickly via the customer service email.
However, once the shipping label has been printed, changes to the shipping address and contact information cannot be made, so we recommend double-checking your details when placing your order initially.
Additionally, we are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect shipping information, so please make sure to provide accurate shipping addresses and contact details.
No, since the shipping labels are generated separately based on each order number, we kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to offer combined shipping for multiple orders.
The EMS shipping tracking number is provided immediately after shipment on the same day. However, while the shipment is still in Korea, it can only be monitored within Korea. Once it arrives in your country, you will be able to track it through your local postal service's website. The tracking availability may vary by country, so we kindly ask for your patience for a few days.
Adverse reactions to skincare products may occur if certain ingredients do not suit your skin, but this cannot be considered a product quality issue.
Additionally, changes in your body’s rhythm, seasonal factors, or external conditions can also cause such discomfort.
If the issue is due to the skincare products, your skin will gradually return to its normal state once you stop using the product.
If you are experiencing discomfort after using a product, please discontinue use immediately.
