Damaged / Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at welcome@naughtychoice.kr if you receive any defective, damaged, or incorrect items, or if any items are missing. In your email, kindly include your order number, photos of the received products, and any visible damage to the packaging.
Photo evidence is required for us to investigate and resolve these matters. Please ensure that you retain access to the box and shipping label when reaching out to us.
Refunds or partial refunds for damaged or missing items will be provided based on the extent of the damage, in accordance with our internal policies. Please note that returns or re-delivery of products are not possible.
Refund Method
In accordance with our company policy, you may choose from the following refund options:
1. SKOOLIES mileage points
Your account will be credited with mileage points once we receive your confirmation. These points can be used for future purchases.
2. Payment method you've used
You may choose to receive a refund via the original payment method used for the order.
For example, if you paid by credit card, the payment will be canceled or refunded to your card.
Please note that the refund process may take between 2 to 14 business days, depending on the policies and processing times of the payment gateway (PG) provider.

Please be aware that we DO NOT accept returns for international orders.
