PLEASE READ THE SHIPPING & CUSTOMS POLICY BEFORE PLACE AN ORDER.

All orders are shipped directly from South Korea.


SKOOLIES provides shipping services to over 70 countries worldwide,

ensuring safe and fast delivery through trusted express courier service, EMS (Post Office).

We only use the express shipping service, in order to clearly track down your shipment until it arrives to the destination.

Shipping Tracking Number will be provided and all orders can be tracked.

Your orders can be tracked by us while it is in Korea and it can be tracked by you once it arrives in your country.

Dispatch


We aim to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 business hours from the moment of order creation. (Business hours span Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 18:00 Korean Time, excluding weekends and Korean holidays.

If your order is placed on a friday or during the weekend/holidays, please note that it will be collected on the following Monday or the next business day.


During sale/promotion periods, time frame can be extended due to an increase of orders received. We kindly ask for your understanding and support during busy periods as we do our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible.

Shipping takes approx. 5 - 7 working days from dispatch. (Depend on your country's customs issue, it may take 2 - 3 more days)

Delivery information issue


Please make sure to provide correct delivery information when you place an order.

Please provide us recipient's full name, contact number, address and e-mail in English.

We are unable to ship to the following address: P.O. Box, AP0, FP0, DP0.


Please be aware that refund or re-delivery is NOT possible in the case of providing incorrect/incomplete delivery information.

Customs Issue


Customs Tax

Customers are fully responsible for any customs related issues, such as Customs Taxes, Import Taxes, Value added taxes and etc.

Customs issues vary by countries, so please contact the local customs office for detailed information to avoid potential problems.


Normally, customs tax applies on order amount over $150 (excluding cost of shipping).

Customs Payment Refusal

We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite any reason including refusal to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues. Once it is refused, the parcel will be returned to us or disposed at the customs office.


Please be aware that refund or re-delivery is NOT possible in the case of refusing the customs related payment.

Delivery Failure


Lost Parcel

Please inform us within 14 days when you haven't received your parcel but the shipping status has been marked as "Delivery completed". Then, we will contact the shipping company immediately regarding to this issue.

A refund can be processed only if the shipping company officially claims the parcel as "Lost".

The shipping company is not responsible for a stolen or missing package after the delivery to the recipient's correct address, and a refund or re-delivery is not possible in this case.
